Welcome to all!

OUR MISSION:
This is a home where people foster religious liberty, spiritual and intellectual growth, diversity, action in accord with social conscience, and the search for what is true and right.

About the Chalice and Off Center Cross

We are proud descendants of the First Universalist Society of Weymouth, which, from 1864-1869, provided the first pulpit for Olympia Brown, the first American ordained woman minister.

JOB OPENING: PROPERTY CHAIR

Bill Morrell is retiring after many years in this position, though he will continue to be available to assist his successor.

The Property Chair coordinates the maintenance of the church building, the parsonage, and the grounds. The job involves keeping track of what needs doing on our property, then contacting congregational volunteers and outside service people to get the work done.

The Property Chair does not have to be handy. S/he is the liaison to people who are. And despite the title, the Property Chair does not have to chair meetings. The Property Committee (consisting of our volunteers) never has any!

If interested please contact Bill (rudderless3@comcast.net), or Richard (RJTrudeau@verizon.net).
